PJP various products consist of consultancy and operation services in oil & gas management operation includ drilling, completion, workover, well production optimation, and provide design of surface production facilities.

PJP has been set up by a group of highly qualified Indonesian personnel who have worked whithin it's discipline successfully and have gained many years of working experiences in various project.

PT. PERKASA JAYA PERSADA can handle any kind of design and project management job, weather it is small or large, from start to finish and or from ”front to end” process of oil & gas projects. These services will be organized by a good project management skills involving schedule, cost and quality control.

To generate the project, PJP will be supported by a solid team from several disciplines such like Geologist, Petroleum Engineer, Drilling Engineer & Supervisor, Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Piping Engineer, Pipeline Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrument Engineer, and utilize the latest application.

DRILLING, COMPLETION AND WORKOVER MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Consist of :

provide completed well design,

provide and restructure drilling & completion programs to be more through & specific and define detail drilling and completion procedures to optimize drilling and completion performence-safety and safe formation from damage,

provide and review workover programs,

prepare layout of drilling location,

provide design spec and capacity of drilling rig equipment,

provide design spec of drilling material/tubular(casing, tubing, wellhead, drilling bit and mud chemical),

survey/inspection/visual check for drilling rig-services equipment-drilling material/tubular and drilling location,

provide and review drilling-completion and workover budget includes AFE,

provide and review drilling schedule,

provide and review own estimation cost of :

drilling-completion and workover project.,

review/evaluate the tender & recommendation,

monitoring and controlling drilling and workover operation,

monitoring and cotrolling drilling and workover cost,

optimize drilling and workover operation,

provide drilling and workover reporting,

provide drilling and workover expense report,

provide drilling workover summary report,

provide drilling and workover rig performance evaluation, provide drilling personnel :

drilling superintendents, drilling engineers, drilling supervisors, drilling techniciants, drilling administrations/clerks.
